Pilot Trainings of EU Erasmus+ Program KA220 Vocational Education Strategic Partnerships Project Have Started
Pilot Trainings of the “Development of Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) Supported Digital Education Material for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles” project, supported by the EU Erasmus+ Program KA220 Vocational Education Strategic Partnerships and coordinated by BUÜ, have started.
After the completion of the virtual reality applications of the project, some of the pilot trainings, which are the first stage of the test and measurement process, were held on May 20-30 at Bursa Uludağ University and OIB Vocational and Technical High School. BUU Technical Sciences Vocational School Automotive Technology students were given training in two groups of 30 people on performance measurement. Again, 30 students from BUU Automotive Engineering and 30 students from OIB Vocational and Technical High School were given pilot training. Simultaneously, students were given training at foreign partners Cluj and Sofia Technical Universities and VR Applications were tested at the same time.
The VR/AR applications developed in the training were tested with instructors and students, and the testing processes of the completed scenarios were carried out and feedback was provided for the development and finalization of the applications.
